This group is based on a concept originally described as a Mastermind Alliance in Napoleon Hill's book "Think and Grow Rich". The idea behind a Mastermind Group is to bring together like minded individuals to support each other in their growth.

Dentists are familiar with this concept in the form a Study Club. Unlike a traditional dental study club this Mastermind Group is primarily for practice management, has a specific format, and is led by a trained facilitator.

The group is formed with dentists who are at a similar level of success from non-competing areas. This allows the participants to help each other grow from each others experience without the fear of giving information to their competitors.

Benefits of a Mastermind Group for Dentists:

• Community: Owning a business can be lonely and this format creates an opportunity to share your challenges and successes.
• Brainstorming: We only know what we know. The new ideas alone received in a Mastermind Group more than compensate for the time and money spent.
• Support: The format of the group is such that each of the participants supports and holds other members accountable for each others stated objectives. This results in each member accomplishing amazing results.
• Effectiveness: Each group is facilitated by a professional who has extensive experience leading groups and workshops. The result is a group with purpose and that purpose is to support each member in succeeding.

The group meets every other week for 90 minutes beginning at 7am. Each group is limited to 5 dentists to ensure each participant receives the needed time and attention. The cost for participation is $4,950 per year.
